You can now order you repeat prescriptions online by registering for Patient Access - you need to apply in person at the surgery with proof of identity.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS – 48 hours notice required to process request, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Repeat prescription requests may be obtained by:
· *Email your request to email@example.com with subject heading 'repeat prescription' This email is for repeat medication only and must not be used to seek medical advice.
Depositing a written request/re-order form in the collection box situated in the surgery waiting room.
· Posting your request, including a stamped, addressed envelope. Please allow three days for delivery.
· Telephoning our dedicated prescription line between 12pm - 1pm
* Please note that with the introduction of Patient Access the email service will be phased out over the coming months.

If your prescription is due for renewal over a holiday period (Easter, Christmas, New Year etc) please place your request at least two weeks beforehand.
