We understand these are difficult times for all of us due to Covid19, we are trying to operate as normally as is reasonably possible.  If you think that you have the virus please look at www.nhsinform.scot for advice or contact 111.

For all other health related queries there is a wealth of non Covid related advice which can be viewed at https://www.nhsinform.scot/media/3181/self-care-during-covid-19-communications-toolkit-v2.pdf

Should you need to contact the surgery, we are currently operating a triage system.  If you think that you don't need to speak to a doctor but do need medication then please ask reception to send a message to the GP.  If you require a call, a doctor will call you back at sometime during the day.  It is important that you keep your phone to hand as the doctor will only try calling once, this is due to the volume of calls.  Please note that the doctor may not be calling from the surgery so the call may show a withheld or unrecognisable number. We would ask you to contact 999 if you think you are having a medical emergency.

If you have to go out, please follow the government safe distancing and hand washing guidelines.  If you are a shielded or vulnerable patient, it is advised that you do not leave your home or private outside space.

We hope that you all keep safe.
